Born in Athens, he has maintained a long-standing presence across almost all musical genres, primarily performing on string instruments in concerts, events, radio and television productions, and recordings.

He holds a degree in English Language and Literature (Department of English Studies, School of Philosophy, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
He also possesses a Diploma in Double Bass, a Degree in Cello, and a Degree in Harmony, and also studied Byzantine and Eastern music.
He serves in public education as a teacher of English and Music.
By ministerial decree, he has been granted additional musical specializations in the Double bass and Cello.

During his years in Rhodes (2004-2011), his musical activities were highlighted by:

• as a double-bassist presenting the capabilities of the double bass, in particular, through concerts featuring works from the classical, traditional, jazz, and "entechno" (art-song) repertoire,
• as a cellist.

During his tenure at the Music School of Rhodes, he established the Cello and Double Bass classes, as well as the Strings Ensemble.
The latter served as the core around which he formed the European Music Orchestra, with the ultimate goal of creating a symphony orchestra.
Alongside conducting the ensemble, he undertook the curation of the repertoire, providing orchestrations and adaptations of classical and Greek art-song selections.
By common consensus, the result was exceptional for the school standards and unprecedented for the island of Rhodes and the South Aegean Region.
Beyond participation in concerts, events, and local media coverage, the orchestra (representing the Music School of Rhodes) won First Prize in the last National Artistic-Music School Games of the Ministry of Education (2009).
The ensemble has been honored by the South Aegean Prefecture, the Municipality of Rhodes, and other institutions.
Students who participated in the ensemble have since graduated from music departments of Greek universities and now perform with orchestras in Greece and abroad.

As an orchestrator and principal double bassist, he collaborated with the Symphony Orchestra of the Prefecture of Heraklion, Crete, in concerts and events during the period 2009-2011. He also participated as principal double bassist in the Rhodes Symphony Orchestra (2013).

From 2011 to 2015, he lived in Corfu, where:

• As an English teacher, he taught the subject "English for Musicians" as a guest lecturer for the Department of Music Studies at the Ionian University.
• As a double bassist, he was a member of:
• the Symphony Orchestra of the Corfu Philharmonic Society ("Old" Philharmonic) under Alkis Baltas.
• the Orchestra of the Department of Music Studies at the Ionian University.
• the Ionian Camerata.

He participated in numerous events, degree recitals, and productions in Corfu, the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron), the Herodes Atticus Odeon, and Rhodes.

He is a member of the double bass section with the Larissa Symphony Orchestra.
He also participates in municipal productions as a musician and orchestrator.

He composes music and undertakes orchestrations and score transcriptions by ear.

He teaches cello and double bass at municipal conservatories and music schools.
His engagement with double bass pedagogy includes modern learning methods, specifically the study and application of innovative concepts in fingering and the use of various tunings.

A parallel activity of his is lutherie; notably, he constructed the first viola da gamba made in Greece. He studies the unique diversity of the double bass compared to other symphonic strings as it evolves according to the demands of each era and closely follows modern developments in the specialized field of its construction.
